Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request the refund within 7 days of your purchase date
  • You have not completed more than one consultation session
  • For digital guides and templates: within 7 days of purchase, unused or minimally used
  • For 30-Day Challenges: within 7 days of enrollment, before attending more than one group call

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Consultation sessions attended in full (after 24 hours of the appointment)
  • Digital guides and templates downloaded more than 7 days after purchase
  • Habit Challenges in progress beyond the first week (after initial group call)
  • Any content accessed or downloaded after 7 days

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at info@flushdetox.world with:

  • Your order/purchase confirmation number
  • The date of purchase
  • Brief reason for the refund request (optional)

We will respond within 2 business days to confirm eligibility and process your refund.

Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds are issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the credit (typically 3–5 business days).

Consultation Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations 24+ hours before appointment: Full refund or reschedule for another time, no charge.

Cancellations within 24 hours of appointment: Non-refundable. The consultation time slot is reserved for you.

Habit Challenge Withdrawals

If you enroll in a 30-Day Habit Challenge and wish to withdraw:

  • Within 7 days of enrollment, before first group call: Full refund
  • After first group call: No refund, but you retain lifetime access to challenge materials
  • Group cohort completion: Challenge access does not expire; materials are yours for life

Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be denied if:

  • The request is made more than 7 days after purchase
  • The full service has been consumed or completed
  • The purchase was fraudulent or used fraudulent payment method
  • Repeated refund requests abuse the guarantee
